As sad as it is to say this, you are absolutely correct. I have always said that if the Dixie Chicks had made their infamous comment about Bill Clinton, the block-headed, I-can;t-think-for-myself contingent in the country would have had them on a throne with jeweled crowns on their heads.

Thanks Chris, there are so many of us who wonder just was has happened to the US since George Bush fiddled his first election. It's just so sad, for all of us.
